Is there any cost to join?+
No. There's no fee, no minimum, and no commitment — refer one client or fifty.
What does my client get?+
10% off the base package price when they put your name or code on the booking request. Add-ons, extra days, and delivery fees beyond the free zone are charged at standard rates.
Do you pay agents for referrals?+
No. The program gives your client a discount; we don't pay the agent.
How do I know a referral was mine?+
Your client puts your name or code in the notes box on the booking request. We log it and apply the discount when we confirm the reservation.
What if my client books without mentioning me?+
Let us know before delivery and we'll apply the discount, as long as the client confirms you sent them.
Can I refer buyers as well as sellers?+
Absolutely — buyers are moving too, and they often need totes longer since they're unpacking on the other end.
Do you work with brokerages?+
